Endava is seeking an Enablement and Operations Manager to drive enablement and operations for their Google Cloud team. This role involves content strategy, overseeing team processes, Google-specific programs, and enablement across Endava. Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing sales pitch decks, case studies, and offerings; tailoring sales materials for specific verticals and accounts; creating a centralized content hub; and collaborating with marketing and partnerships teams. The role also manages BDR vendors and programs, develops GTM strategies, and handles global team communication, documentation, and onboarding. Additionally, it involves managing stakeholder engagement across Endava vertical teams and key Google field organizations. The company emphasizes a people-centric approach, combining engineering expertise with industry knowledge to create dynamic platforms and intelligent digital experiences.
Must have:
  • 5-7+ years in sales enablement, GTM, product marketing, or partnership management.
  • Experience with major cloud providers, preferably GCP.
  • Proven track record in developing sales/marketing collateral.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors for lead generation.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Job Description

We are seeking an Enablement and Operations Manager to drive our enablement and operations across our Google Cloud team.  This will include driving content strategy, overseeing team processes, Google specific programs and enablement across Endava.  

This role will be instrumental in enhancing sales effectiveness, team efficiency and stakeholder management of our Google Cloud partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Sales Enablement:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales pitch decks, case studies, offerings and use cases

  • Tailor sales materials for specific verticals, large accounts, and capability development

  • Create and manage a centralized content hub for sales enablement

  • Work closely with marketing and partnerships team to ensure drumbeat of content shared with customers, Google field and Endava sellers

  • Work with marketing and vendors to develop regular flow of content to promote wins and customer outcomes.  

GTM / Team Operations 

  • Manage BDR vendors and programs, developing strategies to convert leads to pipeline with high conversion rates

  • Manage MME / SMB programs and partnership cadence 

  • Develop and manage global team communication and documentation 

  • Develop and maintain team onboarding path and associated materials

  • Lead projects / initiatives as needed to build scalable foundation for all team processes 

Stakeholder engagement and mapping

  • Manage and track stakeholder engagement across Endava vertical teams

  • Manage and track stakeholder engagement across key Google field organizations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM (Go-to-Market) operations, product marketing, or partnership management within the technology sector, preferably for a systems integrator or consulting firm.

    • Demonstrable experience working with or for a major cloud provider, with a strong preference for the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.

    • Proven track record of developing high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, white papers, and solution briefs.

    • Experience managing third-party vendors and partner-led programs to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with a talent for translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value.

    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.

    • A strategic mindset focused on building scalable processes, systems, and documentation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across both internal (sales, marketing, delivery) and external (partner) teams.

    • Proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to operate with minimal supervision and navigate ambiguity.
