Job Description
The Principal - Package Implementation role requires a strong JDEdwards background and a solid understanding of system architecture development, including functionality partitioning and application interfaces. The candidate will be responsible for validating testing during the JD Edwards implementation lifecycle, troubleshooting development issues, and recommending solutions. They will perform unit tests, provide recommendations for system improvements, and analyze risk mitigation. The role also involves debugging, bug fixing, and troubleshooting Standard Programs in JDE, as well as training the customer's internal JDEdwards technical team. A good understanding of integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services Orchestrator is also required. The candidate should possess experience in software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development. Awareness of systems management and operational support tools is beneficial.
Must Have:
- Strong JDEdwards JDE background

Have strong JDEdwards JDE Background and good understanding of the JDE TechnicalExperience of system of systems architecture development partitioning of functionality among applications and components and application interfacesinteroperability concerns Experience of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development Awareness of systems management and operational support tools Security andor infrastructure experience would also be a significant benefit
Candidate would be responsible for validation of testing completed in implementation life cycle of JD Edwards
Troubleshoot development issues and recommend solutions Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirementsdesign specification Provide recommendations for system improvements whenever required Must be able to analyze risk mitigation during the systems improvements Issue analysis and bug fixing debugging and trouble shooting the Standard Programs in JDE which involves NERs C BFNs etc Train customer internal JDEdwards technical team on technical aspects Good Understanding of Integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business ServicesOrchestrator
