Your mission
We are looking for a Principal Writer to join our team. As Principal Writer, you will be responsible for all scripts and narrative content. You will work closely with other departments (Game Design and Directors) to create characters, stories and locations. 

  • Writing all on-screen text and voice-over scripts, including in-game and cinematics.
  • Generating and ensuring that all narrative reference documents and guides are up-to-date and accessible to the different teams.
  • Assisting in creating and developing story and character arcs in collaboration with other teams.

Your profile
Required Skills
  • Native English speaker. Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
  • Previous experience as a Game Writer. AAA experience is ideal.
  • Experience writing story, VO, lore and/or in-game text on published games.
  • Expertise in dialogue and character storytelling. 
  • Strong understanding of Narrative game design and game dialogue.

Nice to have
  • Due to the time zone (CET), candidates living in Europe are preferable, but we are very flexible with location and remote work. Willingness to move to Madrid or visit regularly is encouraged but not necessary.
  • Degree in degree in Screenwriting, Journalism, Communications or related field.
