Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources, including app analytics platforms and market research, to derive meaningful insights into user behaviour and product usage.
Work with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to help turn these insights into better content and product experiences for our customers.
Inform our experimentation framework and design effective experiments to test hypotheses and build conviction across the team.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and creative data visualisations to provide product and content teams with timely and accurate information on key metrics.
Create Analytics Requirements Documents (ARDs) to identify the events that need to be logged as part of any new features and work with engineering teams to ensure timely instrumentation along with product releases.
You Should Apply If You Have
1-4 years of product analytics experience in a B2C context
Proficiency with SQL, Excel, product analytics (Mix panel, Amplitude or similar) and Business Intelligence (Tableau or similar) tools
Strong problem-solving skills and an insatiable curiosity to get behind the ‘why’ of every problem statement
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Ability to judge what metrics to measure for different problem statements
Ability to design and run experiments independently
Ability to write great analysis documents/notes to communicate your findings to a broad audience succinctly
Experience designing event tracking schemas.
