We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

What you need to know:
As a Payments Partnership Manager, you are responsible for developing growth strategies and driving incremental revenue with PayPal’s largest partners by integrating PayPal solutions into various ecosystems. You oversee all aspects of payment processing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security protocols. Additionally, you foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams, and collaborate closely with external partners, payment networks, and industry associations to achieve mutual success.

Job Description:

Your way to impact:
This person will manage the entire relationship with card networks for PayPal Brazil, as well as regulatory projects and the most important project we have in the region today. Additionally, this person will interact with various internal teams, such as compliance, legal, products, sales, engineering, among others.

Your day to day:

  • Manage cross border/local payment roadmap and relationships with third party partners and internal teams to execute the roadmap.

  • Articulate scope, timeline, owners, risks, and the steps to mitigate those risks.

  • Work with technology, legal, compliance, products and operations teams to drive payment processing performance improvement and product launch.

What you need to bring:

  • Experience in fintechs, acquirers or sub-acquirers;

  • Proven experience in payment processing products;

  • In-depth knowledge of the credit card processing market, including regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and project reprioritization;

  • Advanced English.
