Role/ Job Title: Product Lead - Corporate Salary

Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities

Job Purpose

A Corporate Salary Product Manager would contribute to the innovation & expansion of the current corporate salary Product Suite. This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing corporate salary portfolio thereby expanding the retail franchise.

Roles & Responsibilities

Creation of Digital customer journeys for CSA customers.
Develop Corporate Salary product variants.
Customized solution as per the customer requirements.
Competition benchmarking.
Being up to date on latest innovations in the Retail Liabilities space.
Identifying opportunities within the existing CSA base to grow the Savings book.
Product training and awareness.
Channel support and query resolution.
Customer communication.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations.
Knowledge of Channel Management will be preferred.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Math / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.

Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM is preferred.

Experience: 10 to 18 of relevant experience.
