Product Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Product Manager for a leading global e-commerce company.
You’ll join the online marketplace department to drive the development and execution of innovative tools for sellers to efficiently manage their inventory in an online marketplace. This is a 9 months contract and fully remote opportunity.

Product Manager - Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day product decisions for ongoing projects, with a focus on developing tools for sellers to manage their inventory in an online marketplace:
• Define requirements and tasks
• Attend scrums
• Make trade-off decisions
• Handle business as usual (BAU) tasks, such as triaging bugs and performing acceptance testing
• Oversee product planning, design, development, documentation, and execution throughout the product lifecycle, emphasizing tools for seller inventory management:
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Define the product vision
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and support
• Ensure compliance with the company’s quality system procedures for design control
• Meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Define product strategy and roadmap, specifically targeting inventory management solutions for sellers:
• Deliver product requirement documents and marketing requirement documents with prioritized features and justification
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
• Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Maintain expertise regarding competition
• Act as a leader within the company, with a focus on enhancing seller inventory management tools:
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Brief and train the sales force
•  Ensure that the product and marketing efforts, particularly those related to seller inventory management, support the company's overall strategy and goals

Product Manager - Requirements: 

• Ecommerce experience required
• Having the game knowledge of TCG player works (trading cards, gaming etc) Pokemon etc. is preferred
• 2+ years in PM or product owner capacity
• JIRA is must 
• Agile development experience
