About the Team The Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. What you will do: 1. Lead legal data collection projects by overseeing the development and execution of projects aimed at gathering and managing legal data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations; 2. Design security and compliance solutions through implementing security and compliance products for enterprise customers, focusing on critical areas such as information protection, data security, data leakage prevention, and data classification; 3. Define product strategy and roadmap by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to establish the product strategy and roadmap for risk control and security measures in enterprise products; 4. Build a privacy risk inspection portal by creating a comprehensive portal to enhance privacy risk inspection capabilities, enabling better early-warning systems for potential risks; 5. Develop a user/tenant feature analysis system through designing and implementing a system for user and tenant feature analysis to support strategic recommendations and improve product decision-making; 6. Drive continuous product improvement by collecting and analyzing user feedback to drive iterative improvements in product features and functionalities. Monitor product performance and identify areas for enhancements or the introduction of new features.

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Proven experience with data-security and compliance products, excluding financial security and compliance, is required; 2. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant experience in technology product strategy and development; 3. Demonstrated experience in designing risk control strategies and key product features; 4. Proven ability to drive products through their full lifecycle, from concept to launch, including post-launch optimization. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior product management experience in a B2B product based company; 2. Experienced in working on internal systems; 3. Proficiency in Data Analytics: Solid data analytics and algorithm analysis skills.
