- You will report to Vice President Product to lead Network Solutions (Policy, Charging, Messaging, Customer Delight) product folio.
- You will have overall responsibility for all aspects of program delivery and will co-ordinate our teams and partners to create high-quality solutions to our customers for multiple projects.
- Day-to-day management for the said Product Line (CSG Network Solutions) working in collaboration with other product managers.
- May manage one or more Jr. Product Managers in future. Involved with product throughout all stages of life cycle (conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities).
- Gather data on new product ideas and evaluates them for financial and market potential.
- Product management responsibility for new and existing product initiatives for Policy, Mediation, Charging & Messaging
- Guide cross-functional teams in an agile environment to expand our capabilities.
- Work closely with other product managers.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and help to develop our product roadmap.
- Conduct all competitive research
- Collaborate with the business, design, and engineering teams to assess value, usability, and feasibility of new product and feature offerings.
- Create and monitor the ongoing metrics that measure and define success
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
- Liaise with Customer Support Team to help triage issues and prioritize customer problems
- Partner with Support and Professional services to maintain up-to-date Product Documentation
- Works with product development on new products and current product enhancements.
- Ensures achievement of strategic revenue objectives for a specific product. Plays a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors.
- Work with training, sales, customer support and product support on positioning products, designing demos, developing training courses, etc.
- A total of over 7 years’ experience in Product Management
- 4+ years of experience in Policy, Mediation, Charging & Messaging product portfolio.
- Engage with partners (3rd party solutions) & design blueprint architecture.
- Customer engagements & solution presentation to customer at various levels including C level.
- Provides overall technical guidance from product management perspective for end-to-end BSS/OSS enterprise architecture solutions, including integration with partner/third party components.
- Experience in Virtualization, VNF, Cloud CNF, SaaS product offerings.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in networks domain
- Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves
- Highly developed analytical problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose complex problems that require complex methods or theories.
- Highly developed communication skills to influence and gain cooperation amongst team members.
- Experience working directly with agile development teams.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Telecommunications) or Business (with major in Computing)
