Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, and other software infrastructure areas.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a Product Management, Systems Architecture or Technology Strategy role.
  • Experience as a platform product manager.
  • Experience in driving product goals, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Experience working on developer tools or open source projects.
  • Ability to drive results as a self-starting product manager in collaborative, cross-functional environments with minimal oversight.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and execution for a significant portion of the Consideration and Onboarding phases of the Google Cloud Product Led Growth (PLG) funnel.
  • Propose new business and product opportunities for new developers and organizations Create product awareness through external events, meetups, blogs, social media.
  • Drive adoption and business by partnering with Customer Engineers, Outbound Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Solution Managers, and Developer Relations to advocate the capabilities of Cloud Setup.
