岗位职责
- 负责海外游戏平台的拉新及日常运营，通过活动、权益、节日营销、热点追踪等方式提升用户的新进，活跃和留存；
- 负责海外游戏用户服务体系能力建设，包括：官网，商城，权益策划及运营，玩法设计等；
- 能根据各国家地区用户偏好，产品类型等因素，搭建运营模式，确保核心业务指标达成；
- 根据渠道和业务特色，协调各方资源，达成推广合作和资源置换，并长期维护渠道关系；
- 关注海外头部平台动向，定期梳理行业上的用户增长及商业化洞察和研究分析，并能快速沉淀方法论应用到所在业务。
岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，英语能作为工作语言；
- 理解海外各区域头部平台玩法、属性、用户喜好，政策等基础信息；
- 具备良好的游戏用户运营及商业化运营能力，能依据平台及用户特性，策划运营玩法；
- 具备较好的跨部门合作沟通协调的经验和能力、抗压能力强，有较强的逻镇思维能力，出色的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
- 海外游戏发行或海外平台产品运营等相关行业工作经验
