Job Description
Fool's Theory is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team for a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED. The role involves coordinating narrative producers, managing game production, overseeing backlogs and timetables, and ensuring smooth internal communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the AA/AAA gaming industry, with a focus on production coordination, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must have:
- Coordinate work of narrative producers team
- Support narrative teams leadership
- Plan and manage narrative game production, verify estimates and work, and report progress
- Oversee team’s backlog, sprints, and timetable (Jira)
- Manage tasks and priorities in narrative production team
- Manage the team and ensure smooth internal communication
- Solve current issues and look for new solutions
- Ensure timely task realization
- Manage project changes
- Optimize current production pipelines
- At least 5+ years of experience in a producer role in AA/AAA gaming industry
- At least 1 year of experience in a production coordination position
- Knowledge of management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, LeSS etc.)
- Fluent English
- Ability to independently solve problems and work with multiple teams
- Responsibility, diligence, and ability to plan ahead
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a group
Good to have:
- Unreal Engine 5 familiarity
- Degree in Management studies

- Overseeing team’s backlog, sprints and timetable (keeping jira up to date).

- Managing the team and ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Solving current issues, looking for new solutions.

Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience on a producer role in AA/AAA gaming industry with at least 1 year of experience on a production coordination position.
- Knowledge of management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, LeSS etc.)
