The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Coordinator with a proven track record of working in creative, software development lifecycles, and a strong grasp of project management methodologies to join our team. They will play a critical role in supporting our production team, ensuring UX/UI projects run smoothly and efficiently while adapting to changing priorities.

Job Description:

  • Assist Senior Producer in the planning, execution, and monitoring of production schedules and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and producers, across different time zones to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support project management and development processes.
  • Manage tasks and workflows using tools such as Figma, Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports as well as taking & circulating meeting notes.
  • Contribute to design and software development projects, ensuring adherence to UX principles and best practices.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work shifted hours, as required.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a production or project support role within a creative or software development environment required.
  • Experience with project management methodologies; familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience working with a global team, understanding the challenges and benefits of cross-time zone collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
  • Experience using MS Office and Google Suite required.
