Project Manager

Papaya is seeking a highly organized project manager with outstanding communication abilities and proven experience in project management. The project manager will help create cross-organizational work processes and oversee large-scale, business-critical work pipelines.    

The ideal candidate shall have the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel, and have the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to execution excellence in a complex matrix organization.

• Regularly sync up with all company functions and communicate progress on the overall roadmap and key projects. 
• Collaborates with stakeholders to work on process improvement initiatives in-line with Papaya’s strategies
• Sharing project updates with all stakeholders, including raising project risks, presenting solutions, and adapting plans to adjust to new requirements.
• Capture learnings from Project and incrementally improve processes and solutions based on the same

• 2+ years experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the gaming industry 
• Good managerial skills with previous experience in coordinating large, cross-functional teams
• Solid communication skills 
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines
• Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development
