Job Description
Lead talented teams in the development of high-quality video games from concept to completion. As a Development Manager, you will collaborate with artists, designers, programmers, and production staff to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, assigning tasks, leading interdisciplinary teams, coordinating cross-discipline collaboration, maintaining stakeholder communication, and monitoring project progress to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of game development, particularly console game development.
Must have:
- 2+ years in game production/leadership
- Shipped at least one console game
- Project management expertise

Development Manager Requirements
- At least 2 years in a production or leadership role within the gaming industry.
- Experience with at least one shipped game, ideally on a console.

- Coordinate cross-discipline collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee game milestones and deliverables, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Anticipate and escalate risks to leadership as early as possible.
