IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Manage (international) projects - you are the first point of contact for our clients. You organize and structure our projects with your expertise and ensure that all information flows and the budget framework is met.
Act as an operational all-rounder - You are close to the customer, define priorities and develop strategies in cooperation with your team leader to optimize cooperation and adapt to new circumstances. At the same time, you enjoy jumping into projects on an operational level
Monitor & ensure quality - You know our quality standards and ensure that our clients can feel them in our projects. Internally, you report your steps and successes to your supervisor.
Use your organizational talent - you keep a cool head when deadlines are approaching and can manage processes in a goal-oriented manner
Incorporate your own innovative ideas - you find it easy to analyze and evaluate products, customers and campaigns and contribute your own ideas

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

At least 3-4 years of experience in project/stakeholder management, preferably experience in managing international projects
You are able to work internationally with different colleagues and clients
You understand Korean business culture, but are also able to work within a western cultural setting as your colleagues are mostly located in Germany
You have proven experience in using project management tools and very good communication skills
You have a strong knowledge of the esports industry, especially concerning League of Legends
You are a teamplayer, who enjoys collaborating with different teams and customers on different levels
You are fluent in Korean and English
You live in the Seoul catchment area
You already have some experience of working in different time zones

EVEN BETTER IF

You are familiar with the relevant publishers in the esports/gaming industry and have preferably already worked with them
You have a broad network in the market already
You are familiar with influencer activations
You already have experience in the agency sector
Last but not least: You have a passion for gaming!
