Publishing Community Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing KRAFTON's global game communities across various platforms like Discord, Reddit, and X. Responsibilities include content creation and management, community engagement, event planning and execution, influencer outreach, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, experience in global community management, and a deep understanding of gaming culture. This role requires collaboration with various departments, quick issue resolution, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency in English is essential.
Must have:
- Global game community management experience
- Effective communication across various channels
- Proactive issue resolution and empathetic communication
- Cross-departmental collaboration
- Fluent English
Good to have:
- Experience managing Discord, Reddit, X
- Social content creation experience
- Global work experience and cultural understanding
- Business level English
- Core gamer

- 글로벌 게임 커뮤니티 채널 운영 및 콘텐츠 관리
- 커뮤니티 인사이트 및 유저 동향 분석을 통한 전략 수립 및 실행
- 글로벌 유저 대상 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작
- 커뮤니티 이벤트 및 공지 기획, 운영, 대응
- 인플루언서 테스트 지원 및 커뮤니케이션 서포트
- 웹사이트 및 디스코드 채널/모더레이터 관리
- 유관 부서와의 협업을 통한 커뮤니케이션 방향 조율 및 라이브 이슈 대응

- 글로벌 게임 커뮤니티 관리 및 유저 소통 경험, 또는 관련 인사이트 도출 경험을 보유하신 분 (혹은 직접적인 운영 경험이 없더라도, 게이머로서 게임 및 글로벌 커뮤니티 문화에 대한 이해도가 높은 분)
- 커뮤니티 특성을 이해하고 공지, 콘텐츠, 이벤트 등 다양한 방식으로 유저와 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 분
- 유저 관점에서 문제를 인식하고, 신속한 이슈 대응과 공감 기반의 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분
- 다양한 부서와의 협업을 통해 커뮤니케이션 방향성을 조율할 수 있는 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 비즈니스 레벨의 영어 구사 능력을 보유하신 분
