Job Description

This QA Analyst role involves attending routine Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Microbiology activities on-site. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to correct procedures, SOPs, GMPs, and compliance standards. Responsibilities include inspection and release of materials, product testing, documentation, equipment calibration, and monitoring environmental quality. The role supports Chemists and Executives in daily functions, contributing to a strong, successful business.
Must have:
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and safety rules.
- Inspect and release raw materials and packaging material.
- Perform stability and routine finished product testing.
- Complete and maintain all documentation accurately.
- Conduct analytical tests and report deviations/faults.
- Calibrate equipment as per schedule and document results.
- Assist in annual stock verification, validation of methods, cleaning, processes, and equipment.
- Conduct and record tests on water samples.
- Work as Operational Quality person on assigned days.
- Address supplier complaints for raw/packing material.
- Assist in laboratory goods purchasing.
- Assist in reviewing specifications/SOPs.
- Perform testing for Raw Material, Environment, Water, and equipment.
- Test and release liquid products and tablets promptly.
- Monitor and record air quality for microbes and particles.
- Calibrate microbiology equipment and document results.

Job Details
Job Purpose:
To Attend routine Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Microbiology activities in the site and ensure all personnel adhere to correct procedures, SOPs, GMPs and compliance standards by assisting Chemist / Executive Microbiology / QC Coordinator in carrying out day to day functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Division
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and follow safety rules and Regulations where applicable and help maintain good housekeeping.
- Inspection and release of raw materials and packaging material
- Carryout stability and routine finished product testing as assigned
- Ensure all documentation work duly and accurately completed and maintained in all activities
- Carry out analytical tests assigned and report any deviations of analytical results and faults in instruments to QC Executive / QAM.
- Calibrate all equipment as per schedule and document results appropriately. Assist QA Manager and QA Executive in Annual stock verification, validation of methods, cleaning, Processes and equipment.
- Conduct relevant tests and record and report results on water samples submitted by Maintenance Division.
- To work as Operational Quality person on assigned days.
- Attend to supplier complaints pertaining to raw material/packing material. Assist QA executive/manager in laboratory goods purchasing
- Assist QA executive/manager in reviewing of specifications/SOPs
Microbiology Division:
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices and follow Safety rules and Regulations where applicable.
- Attend to testing work pertaining to Raw Material / Environment / Water / equipment as & when necessary.
- Test of Liquid products and Tablets and ensure release of same in a timely manner by avoiding undue delays.
- Monitor and record air quality for microbes and particles in all relevant areas in the site.
- Calibrate equipment as per schedule and document results appropriately.
