Job Description
XBorg seeks a QA Automation Engineer to enhance testing practices, focusing on backend systems. Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies, developing and maintaining automation frameworks, reviewing PRs for testing quality, establishing reliable test data management, creating documentation, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves close collaboration with the development team to ensure high product quality and development velocity. The ideal candidate will assess current testing practices, implement a robust end-to-end testing strategy, create reusable automation components, and provide regular test coverage and quality reports.
