This R&D Trainee/Apprentice/VIE role at Valeo in Bobigny, France, supports the Electronic Controller Platform Team. Responsibilities include developing electronic projects, reviewing components, designing LED module control boards for automotive lighting, and creating electronic controllers for screens and image projection. Must have:
  • Participate in the development of electronic projects
  • Review and select electronic components
  • Develop electronic control boards for LED modules for automotive lighting
  • Develop electronic controllers for screens and image projection on the road
  • Knowledge in analog and digital electronics
  • Knowledge in electronic components and electrical engineering physics
  • Knowledge of power systems (linear, DC/DC)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Currently studying Electronics Engineering
  • First experience in a company or internship in a design office

Your challenges?

Within the Electronic Controller Platform Division, you will support the Head of the Electronic Controller Platform Team on several missions:

  • Participate in the development of the Electronics team's projects, particularly in the review and selection of electronic components, contributing to the architecture of tomorrow's product.
  • Development of electronic control boards for LED modules for automotive lighting.
  • Development of electronic controllers to control screens and image projection on the road.
  • Participation in projects implemented in a leading company in the automotive industry.
  • Participation in projects implemented in accordance with standards.
  • Participation in research and development and design activities in an international environment.

  • You have knowledge of power systems such as linear power supply, DC/DC systems.
  • Our environment is strongly international, which is why a fluent level of written and spoken English is essential.
