Real Estate Coordinator - Real Estate Operations

Our Tesla Real Estate Operations team are on the front lines of our mission. The Utility team provides administrative support to enable our locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible and provide an exceptional experience to our employees and to our customers. The role of Utility Coordinator will act as a point of contact for utility account analysis, escalations, accuracy of records, and optimization of spend, highlighting opportunities and anomalies across the fleet. Experience to develop facilities or the utility industry and knowledge related to facilities operations is preferred, as well as a demonstrated focus on mitigating service interruptions and providing financial forecasting and cost management for the portfolio. The right candidate will have strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, ability to build business partnerships with both third-party providers as well as across business units, and demonstrate the ability to resolve challenging problems with minimal guidance.
