The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills. They will also be comfortable navigating ambiguity and continuously adapting to evolving needs.

- Contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento end to end. (excluyente)

- Tener conocimiento de perfiles IT y de estrategias de sourcing de dichos perfiles

- Nivel de ingles avanzado/bilingue (excluyente)

- Manejo de herramientas de reclutamiento (deseable)

- Sourcing, Phone Screening, manejo de Workday, ofertas (deseable)

- Estudiantes avanzados/ graduados en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afines.

- Reporting sobre status de búsquedas.
