Job Description

As a Release Manager at Ecolab, you will play a crucial role in coordinating release activities and ensuring smooth software releases. You will work closely with development, QA, operations, and other stakeholders to define and maintain release management policies, procedures, and standards. Key responsibilities include developing release plans, identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational goals.

About the job

Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and other stakeholders to coordinate release activities and resolve any release-related issues.

Define and maintain release management policies, procedures, and standards to align with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.

Develop release plans, including release milestones, communication strategies, and rollback procedures, to minimize disruption and risk during release activities.
