have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field


Proven 2 -3 years of experience in revenue operations, finance analysis, or a similar role within the Fintech industry


  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt solutions to unique requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent detail orientation and organized
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take ownership of process and outcomes

Here's what your day would look like..


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue dashboards and reports to track and monitor key metrics in the CRM
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing revenue processes and identify areas for improvement to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational effectiveness
  • Implement and manage tools and systems that enhance revenue tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance against targets and provide recommendations for improvements

Sales Enablement:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide data-driven insights that inform sales strategies and decision-making
  • The development of sales tools and resources to improve sales productivity and effectiveness
  • The implementation of new revenue-related initiatives and projects

Forecasting and Budgeting:

  • Monitor actual performance against forecasts and identify variances to inform corrective actions
