We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage the lead lifecycle, from initial inquiry to qualification and transition to the Sales Team. What You Will Get To Do:

  • Generate new sales opportunities using Salesforce, cold calls, and email

  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services

  • Build trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Coordinate meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives

  • Report results to the sales manager regularly

What You Will Bring:

  • BA/BS required, experience in Financial Services or Software industry preferred

  • A goal-oriented mentality and eagerness to learn

  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with decision-makers and teammates

  • Internal motivation and ability to implement feedback

  • Enthusiasm for personal and company growth

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
