The Sales Operations Analyst II in Munro, AR supports the regional sales team by tracking sales opportunities, from proposal generation to order delivery. Responsibilities include weekly progress reviews, opportunity updates, follow-up with Credit and Deal Desk, Due Diligence/Public Record Check coordination, license updates, and client/room creation in SAP/Salesforce. The role involves information sharing with Pre-Sales, Global Order Management, and Legal teams, serial number allocation, delivery/installation follow-up, revenue recognition confirmation, demand management, and forecast tracking. Regional support includes opportunity monitoring for forecast compliance, KPI management, report generation, and presentations for Sales and Sales Operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the entertainment industry, and advanced Excel skills.

Objetivo del Cargo

Brindar soporte al área de ventas de la región a cargo, haciendo el seguimiento a las oportunidades comerciales en todo el proceso, desde la generación de la propuesta hasta la entrega de las órdenes en tiempo y forma. Dar visibilidad de status y next steps de las oportunidades, para contribuir al cumplimiento los objetivos comerciales del periodo en ejercicio.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

Soporte Local:

  • Revisión del progreso de la oportunidad comercial de manera semanal, brindando visibilidad al equipo comercial.
  • Garantizar el update de las oportunidades en el check-list de la región. 
  • Realizar follow-up de las oportunidades con las áreas de Créditos y Deal Desk.
  • Seguimiento y confirmación de aprobación del proceso de Due Diligence y Public Record Check de clientes con Compliance. 
  • Solicitud de actualización de las licencias de operación de las Salas de los clientes. 
  • Solicitud de creación de cliente y de salas en los sistemas corporativos: SAP/Salesforce.
  • Brindar información a Pre-Sales, Global Order Management y Legales relacionada a las propuestas, aprobaciones, numeros de series, etc, para obtener OTs, Sales Orders, Production Release y Contratos, necesarios para el progreso de la oportunidad. 
  • Solicitar asignación de nros de serie al área Logística e informar el contacto de entrega/carrier para la coordinación con el área de Logística. 
  • Realizar follow-up de la entrega e instalación de máquinas. 
  • Realizar follow-up a Accounting para confirmar el reconocimiento del ingreso (revenue recognition) oportunamente. 
  • Gestionar la demanda de las máquinas, identificando el stock necesario para cada trimestre a través del Forecast de demanda/IBP y el seguimiento necesario para la llegada de las maquinas al warehouse local. 
  • Realizar el seguimiento semanal de las áreas involucradas en los procesos de partes y conversiones.
  • Soporte a Ventas y Marketing durante los Showrooms locales y regionales.

 

Soporte Regional: 

  • Seguimiento de las oportunidades de máquinas para facilitar la revisión del avance del cumplimiento del forecast vs el status del progreso de las oportunidades, brindando visibilidad y las alertas necesarias que repercuten en otras áreas de negocio, de manera oportuna.
  • Reporte de información relevante acerca del forecast para la actualización de las Quotas y Revs para finanzas. 
  • Gestionar y consolidar la información de los KPIs a cargo, asegurando la confiabilidad y oportunidad de la data. 
  • Realizar presentaciónes solicitadas para la dirección de Ventas y Sales Operations.
  • Atención a otras solicitudes de información de la Dirección de Sales Operations.

Requisitos

Educación:

Bachiller en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

De 3 a más años de experiencia en funciones similares, de preferencia en el rubro de entretenimiento.

Requerimientos esenciales:

Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio/avanzado
