As a Sales Support Partner, you will be responsible for providing sales support and managing customer relationships to ensure long-term success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle client tenders, review contract specifications, resolve disputes, and assist in the billing process. You will play a key role in driving customer retention, improving overall volume handling, and ensuring invoice quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Customer Success Planning

  • Dispute resolution

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Prepare Client Tenders

  • Review Contract Specifications

  • Billing issue resolution

We are looking for:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related industry preferred.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in client facing or stakeholder management roles.

  • Experience in Logistics Customer Support within similar companies desirable.

  • Commercial knowledge and/or sales background preferred.

  • English Requirement: Intermediate to Advanced.

  • Soft skills: Learning Skills, Written communication, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Customer Focused, Attention to detail, and Adaptability.

  • Tender Turn Around Time

  • Number of Disputes

  • Customer Retention
