This Search Ads 360 (SA360) Specialist role focuses on managing large Travel SA360 clients in the Americas. Responsibilities include advising clients on maximizing SA360, partnering with cross-functional teams (LCS, Product, Engineering, Support) for feature prioritization and issue resolution, and using optimization levers to meet client business outcomes. The role involves reviewing client performance, identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and integrating Search efforts with business data for enhanced marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with SA360, Google Ads, and digital marketing campaign management, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of SA360, working closely with product teams and engineers.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with Search products (including but not limited to Optiscore, SA360, APIs).
  • Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience with media agencies, ad tech companies, and large media buying/trading companies.
  • Understanding of or experience working with third-party ad serving tools.

This is a unique opportunity to manage some of the largest Travel SA360 customers in the Americas and influence the future of our platform with Product teams, PMs, and Engineers. Automation, technology, and effective data management are enabling our customers to improve their measurement and optimize their search investment in real time. As a Search Ads 360 (SA360) Specialist, you will be at the heart of this transformation, advising Google clients on how to make the most of Search Ads 360. You will also partner with Googlers in Large Customer Sales (LCS), gTech teams and Product.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Articulate how customers and partners can use Google’s SA360 platform, services, and solutions to identify needs, solve problems, and drive growth for customers and Google.
  • Review business performance and projections for clients. Determine which customers will be aligned with specific metrics/KPIs, share updates on opportunities and activities to keep stakeholders informed, and mitigate potential risks at a macro and micro level.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including LCS Sectors, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive feature prioritization and issue resolution to enable client success.
  • Use key optimization levers to drive performance against client’s desired customer business outcomes.
  • Engage with SA360 customers, provide advanced solutions involving Tech and Ads, integrating Search efforts with Business data to bring more information to their Marketing Strategy.
