The Supply-Side Growth Manager at Jamble is a pivotal role focused exclusively on expanding our seller community, with a particular emphasis on big resellers. Your mission is to drive exponential growth on the supply side of our marketplace, implementing growth-hacking techniques to enhance seller acquisition, retention, and overall experience.
Role
- Growth Hacking: Apply innovative growth hacking techniques to drive seller acquisition and retention.
- Seller Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract big resellers to the Jamble platform.
- Community Building: Cultivate strong relationships with sellers, fostering a vibrant and engaged community.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize seller acquisition strategies, and enhance the seller journey.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless seller experience and drive growth.
- Feedback and Innovation: Establish feedback channels, using seller insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Profile
- 2+ years in growth hacking, business development, or a similar role
- Growth mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
- Interested in the mobile industry and fashion
- Data-driven and structured thinker
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Fluent in French, high proficiency in English
