Senior 3D Artist Requirements:
- Create low poly game ready assets, characters, props, environments
- understanding of modular 3d Asset modelling, animation, Texturing and Shader Development
- understanding of trim sheet method for texturing
- Setting/designing workflow for 3D team
- Optimization of assets so it works seamlessly on all platforms
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- understanding of 3D game art pipeline
- Advanced knowledge of 3D Sculpting, Modelling, Texturing and Rendering
- portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D Modeling / Sculpting and Texturing works
- experience and understanding in using game engines such as Unity, Unreal
- A deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX strategy that aligns with the overall vision of the metaverse.
