What will you do? 

You play a key role in exploring new visual experiences and bringing them to life by adding spatial and temporal elements to enhance user experience.  

Your day-to-day will include:

• Be an active part of our great 20-person 3D Motion Design team
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative learning environment
• Maintain highest visual and technical standards
• Classic Motion Design in tools like Cinema 4D and After Effects – ideally - Real-Time tools as a sidekick

Who are you?

You have a strong sense for design and adaptability to evolving projects. You are a team player with the ambition to always find the best solutions for common success.

Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role:

• Strong creative mindset with a degree in design or comparable vocational training
• At least 5 years of experience in Motion Design
• Must have: Advanced software skills in Cinema 4D (Redshift) and After Effects
• Nice to have: Software skills in Blender, Unity, Unreal, Rive and/or Kanzi
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is a big plus
• Location: Stuttgart 
• National and international travel can occasionally happen, but is not mandatory
• Fluency in English
