This is a temporary role to cover a team member who is on maternity leave.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, directly impacting the financial health and growth of the organization. In this role, you’ll manage the monthly close, oversee expense reports, and handle fixed assets while collaborating closely with both internal and external partners.
Reconcile daily bank and vendor statements to ensure accurate financial records, promptly addressing discrepancies and maintaining data integrity.
Collect, classify, and record accounting documents in electronic journals and ledgers, ensuring an organized digital record-keeping system.
Assist with month-end closing, prepare VAT reports, and contribute to financial reporting, ensuring compliance and timely report submissions.
Maintain timely communication with vendors to collect necessary documentation and resolve outstanding financial issues.
Track and update monthly reports, reconciliations, and CAPEX items, aligning with company accounting practices and financial objectives.
Process invoices and expense reports through the ERP system (NetSuite), while responding promptly to ad-hoc financial requests.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or Coupa preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial processes and reporting.
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information, with excellent communication skills in English.
