Superpowers
you have are

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Senior Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in a creative or game production environment;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, project lifecycles, and resource management;
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Excel, delivery tools, etc.);
• Upper-intermediate in English and Fluent Portuguese (both written and spoken);
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in gaming or creative industries;
• Familiarity with the Brazilian market and production processes;
• Experience managing remote teams;
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish);
• Passion for innovation and improving workflow.

• Manage and oversee all phases of project production, from planning to final delivery;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines;
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives;
• Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation;
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status and performance;
• Mentor and support junior producers and project managers, with the potential to step into a lead role.
