In our digital transformation team, we work on complex transformation projects, where changes in the IT landscape, the impact of new laws and regulations (e.g. CSRD, ESEF) and reporting requirements play a crucial role. We work closely with our clients to make optimal use of technology during these complex processes (e.g. during an IPO, merger or acquisition), stimulate innovation and help them transform into a future-proof and agile business model.
Technology is an important driver for exponential growth, enables new services and business models. In addition, it helps our customers to give substance to social themes such as sustainability / ESG. The importance of technology in solving complex issues has never been greater than now.

What will you be doing?
As Senior Associate Digital Transformation – ERP Technology, you will mostly operate in multidisciplinary teams (including deals, technical accounting experts, data analysts) to successfully execute challenging digital transformation projects. Your role for a particular project will be the one best suited to the specific transformation project: from strategic reorientation, to choosing technology, to actual implementation and process optimisation.

As a Senior Associate Digital Transformation – ERP technology the activities that you will be working on include:
Challenging and complex projects in which you integrate technical solutions with the customer's business needs;
Analyzing (financial) business processes and advising on system adjustments and improvements;
Advising customers on how to optimize their processes, systems and reports and comply with relevant rules and regulations;
Identifying operational and financial risks and implementing and/or automating internal control measures;
Developing business requirements (functional and non-functional) in a multidisciplinary team to optimize the organization, processes, systems and reporting.

You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience with an implementation partner (SAP or Oracle is a plus) and/or demonstrable experience as a functional or technical consultant/manager;
You have a university degree (such as information management, business administration, business economics, mathematics, econometrics, accountancy);
You are not only technically skilled, but also motivated to advise customers on how to optimize their IT organization, financial & operational processes, associated systems & controls;
You have an understanding of and interest in technological solutions from our alliance partners (including SAP, Oracle) or are open to further develop this;
Certifications in the field of SAP and/or Oracle are a plus;
You have an affinity with financial reporting rules (knowledge of internal control is a plus, possibly in combination with a RE, RA, RO or RC education) or want to further develop this knowledge;
You are people-oriented and socially skilled in political, dynamic and complex environments. You are also creative when it comes to managing different stakeholders;
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
