We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce resource planning strategies, specializing in promotions and events. Set goals and budgets for promotions and events; conduct reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives. Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL or Python to evaluate promotion and event performance, identify trends, and provide optimization recommendations. Utilize SQL to handle data at mass and construct dashboards to support delivery of insights and facilitate business decision making. Collaborate with cross functional teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events, aligning with marketing and sales objectives. Collaborate with data science/data engineer to translate business needs into technical requirements. Effectively manage resources and data to streamline and enhance the company’s promotions and event strategies, refining as needed and making recommendations to company management. Distill data analysis into actionable recommendations and strategies. Present the results of data analysis to management.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Applied Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and two years of related work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Applied Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skills: Building data models to project business performance and set business performance goals; Analyzing quantitative financial and operational data, including revenue, growth, and efficiency, using Excel to generate business insights and inform future strategy; Identifying business problems and proposing growth opportunities with data-driven insights; Developing graphical and visual representations of data using Excel and Tableau; Using programming language SQL or Python to execute data analysis, create data visualizations and create data pipeline to support automated updates; and Generating data visualization and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences. Travel Requirement: Requires domestic and/or international travel up to 15%.
