Summary

Senior Business Analyst needed for a large bank to implement new technologies and accelerate project delivery. Responsibilities include build & change management, solution analysis, specifications, workload estimation, planning, test scenarios, release documentation, user acceptance test coordination, monthly releases, production roadmap support, and incident/request management. The role requires strong experience in investment banking, front-to-back office workflows, front/back office systems, financial assets, trade lifecycles (especially fixed income and money markets), pricing & risk within front office functions, sales and distribution of capital market products, and interfacing systems. Hands-on implementation project experience and Agile methodology familiarity are essential.
Must have:
  • 8+ years overall experience (4+ in investment banking)
  • Front-to-back office workflow knowledge
  • Front/Back office system experience
  • Understanding of financial assets & trade lifecycle
  • Pricing & risk knowledge in FO functions
  • Experience interfacing with external systems

Project description

For one of the largest banks we are looking for Senior Team member to help the bank to implement new technologies and speed up the delivery on various projects.

Responsibilities

Build & change management

Analyze enhancement and propose solutions in collaboration with Architects, developers and business stakeholders.

Specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation.

Coordinate user acceptance tests.

Monthly releases, following the team's milestones for analysis, coding and testing.

Support the release roadmap in production.

Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams)

Troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs

Skills

Must have

Minimum 8 years of overall experience out of which at least 4 years in investment banking

Good knowledge of front to bank office work flow / lifecycle

Experience on Front Office or Back Office systems (In-house or third party systems)

Understanding of financial assets and trade lifecycle particularly Fixed income and money market products

Good understanding of pricing & risk within FO functions and Sales and distribution of capital market products

Experience in interfacing Front Office or Back Office systems with external systems.

Hands-on experience in implementation projects.
