Senior Business Analyst (Payment Systems)

We are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" with strong experience, especially in Payment Systems (Card, POS, ATM, Merchant), in the Participation Banking or FinTech sectors, to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Participation Banking or FinTech sectors
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the above-mentioned areas is preferred
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver projects in accordance with defined timelines
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
• Ability to lead research, testing, and validation processes based on business requirements
• Ability to analyze business needs specific to participation banking and design processes
• Good understanding of customer needs and ability to shape all project phases accordingly
• Proven experience in digital banking and/or FinTech projects
