【仕事内容】
1、弊社ブランド（Level Infinite）がパブリッシュするゲームタイトルと他企業様との取り組み、交渉、契約の推進。
2、弊社ブランド（Level Infinite）がパブリッシュするゲームタイトルの日本市場におけるビジネスリソース開拓（異業種のプロダクトコラボ、メディア・プラットフォームなどとの連携）。
3、事業に取り組む上での最適なパートナーシップの構築、円滑なゲーム事業関連業務の進行。
４、パートナーとの戦略提携、折衝、情報収集、競合分析。
Requirements:
【仕事要件】
1、5年以上ゲーム業界でのビジネスデベロップメントの実務経験者。高い交渉力を持ち、契約推進などの業務に詳しい方。
2、関連業界（版元、メディア、プラットフォームなど）の幅広いリソースを有する方を優先。
3、2カ国語以上の語学力
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
・ビジネスレベル以上の中国語力、もしくは英語力
4、日本ゲーム市場の知見が深い方。
5、報連相やコミュニケーション力などの基本スキル及びロジカルシンキング力が高く、チームワークを重視する方。

試用期間 & 初回契約期間
試用期間：3ヶ月（労働条件変更なし）
初回契約期間：3年（評価を踏まえ無期変更制度あり）
経験・スキル等を考慮し、無期採用も検討いたします。
賃金
年収額：応相談
- 経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
- 固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。
労働時間・休日
- 就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 フレックス制（コアタイム無し）
- 休憩時間 60分
- 完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
- 入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大２２日
- 年末年始休暇（１２/３０-０１/０３）
