The Senior CMF Designer will lead the development of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) strategies, ensuring design excellence and consistency. This role involves creating holistic design solutions, managing the entire development process from concept to production, and overseeing design tasks for suppliers and engineers. The designer will conduct trend analysis, design analysis, and material research to drive cutting-edge design solutions, and develop and implement user experience (UX) strategies. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking designer who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Must have:
- Proven experience in CMF design, industrial design.
- Expertise in color, material, and finish development.
- Strong background in trend analysis and research.
- Proficiency in design tools like SOLIDWORKS and Keyshot.
- Keen eye for design details, ability to execute design strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
