Job Description
As a Senior Data Analyst at BeReal, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions. You will develop dashboards and reports to communicate key business metrics and growth performance, build and manage data pipelines, analyze user behavior to answer strategic and operational questions, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll work with large datasets, leveraging your skills in SQL, Python, or Excel, and experience with A/B testing. Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau is essential for creating company-wide dashboards. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a quantitative field and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and help them achieve their goals.

- Develop dashboards and reports to foster company-wide comprehension of key business metrics and growth performance
- Build and manage robust data pipelines to align with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring optimal architecture support
- Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behaviour of millions of online users to address strategic and operational business questions
- Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Profile
- You possess substantial experience in analytical roles
- You are skilled in at least on of these skills: SQL, Python or Excel
- You have experience with large volumes of data and AB/test
- You have practical experience with Tableau or a visualisation tool, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments
- You enjoy being in contact with stakeholders and help them achieve their business goals
- A Master's degree in a top engineering or business school, in statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role
- Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models will be considered a significant advantage
