Job Description

Senior Data Scientist responsible for overseeing the development of AI and ML algorithms for enterprise solutions. Leads the data science team, ensuring the technical delivery of key projects. This role involves defining, building, and optimizing ML pipelines from experimentation to deployment, mentoring junior data scientists and engineers, and coordinating with product, UX, and engineering teams to align AI/ML models with platform needs. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, and data science with strong leadership skills. Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms is essential, along with experience in supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.

Job Details

Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of AI and ML algorithms for enterprise solutions.

• Lead the data science team, ensuring the technical delivery of key projects.

• Define, build, and optimize ML pipelines from experimentation to deployment.

• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, guiding them on complex AI/ML challenges.

• Coordinate with product, UX, and engineering teams to align AI/ML models with platform needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Math, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, and data science, with strong leadership skills.

• Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms.

• Experience with both supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and predictive analytics
