• Solution Architecture: Proven abilities in designing tailored solutions by translating business needs into technical implementations.
• Project Management: Experience leading complex implementations, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Enterprise-Scale Implementation: Expertise in deploying and configuring collaboration platforms across large organizations with a focus on user experience and scalability.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address level 2/3 support escalations for M365-related issues.
• Compliance and Security: Familiarity with implementing best practices for compliance, data protection, and governance in line with security standards like NIST.
• Azure Active Directory Administration: Extensive knowledge of identity and access management, role-based access controls, and governance settings.
• Collaboration Platform Integration: Experience ensuring alignment between collaboration tools and company policies for optimal business operations.
