Senior Facilities Coordinator – EMEA
Meet the Team
Our Central Services Team manages global facilities, security, and safety. You’ll partner closely with colleagues across EMEA and report to the Global Real Estate Manager.
The Role
Based in our Budapest office, the Senior Facilities Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations for all EMEA locations. From maintenance and space planning to vendor management and safety compliance, you’ll ensure our offices run smoothly and provide an excellent employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage facilities across EMEA, including maintenance of AC, electrical, fire, and other systems
- Handle employee facility requests and landlord coordination via ticketing systems
- Oversee contractors, service providers, and office supply orders
- Act as the primary landlord contact for daily operations and renovation projects
- Ensure security, safety, and emergency procedures are in place
- Support budgeting, financial tracking, and resource allocation for facilities
- Manage vendor contracts and evaluate performance
- Recommend, document, and track facility improvements
- Supervise office space assignments, furniture, and purchase orders
- Conduct site visits and inspections, including compliance with ISO 14000
- Maintain internal communication platforms and reporting
- Occasionally support after-hours or weekend projects
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years in facilities/property management, safety, or security supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with local safety and environmental regulations
- Proven experience supporting multinational facilities or related operations
- Ability to work independently as the sole facilities lead in a satellite office
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Internal web platform maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with office space management software
- Facilities budget management proficiency
