Job Summary

Purpose and Objective Senior Frontend developers who will code the functionality & collaborate with the rest of

the organization to deliver.

• Scope and lead large technical projects with large impact across multiple teams
• Building a robust platform to support customers globally.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable and performant services and systems
• Build and launch new capabilities and products that bring significant value to customers internal and external
• Work effectively with stakeholders across the organization including dependency engineering teams, product, design, infrastructure and operations.
  
  

Key Performance Indicators

Language: React Native, React Native CLI, Java Script, Type Script , Java Script, Type Script, HTML5,CSS, state management (Redux/SAGA), Angular/Reac JS

Architecture: Mobile-Specific Architectures & Design Patterns

Deployment: App center and Fastlane Build & Deployment process

Performance: Mobile Performance Optimization and Jest/MochSecurity

Database: SQLite, Room (for Android), Core Data (for iOS), Realm

API: REST API

CI/CD: GitLab CI or any other tools

Engineering practices for Agile Software development Cycle

Deployment techniques: Docker + Kubernetes , Jenkins,

Core Areas of Responsibility/ Accountability

• Collaborate with a Scrum team of developers, a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, a UI/UX designer
• & the rest of the organization to deliver a high quality product according to the specifications.
• Develop unique and valuable features for everyone involved in the system, including the best UX for all users.
• Take responsibility for features throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Identify & address bugs and performance bottlenecks in software applications.
• Analyze user requirements and convert them into software solutions.
• Effectively communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Required Experience

• You have experience from the energy industry, preferably have worked with EVs before.
• Be a team player and don't be afraid to present your ideas/suggestions.
• Be able to justify your opinions & compromise with the other team members.
• You have worked in a mutli-national environment with English being the primary communication language.
• You are proactive in taking responsibility, understand the purpose of deliveries and make sure to ask all relevant questions and engage in solution finding.
• You commit to deadlines and deliver, taking ownership of your work.
  
  

Educational / Professional Or Vocational Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA with 4-5 Years of Experience
