Role description:

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to join our Graphics & Visualization team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D visualization & Graphics, including advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, Texturing, rendering, Illustrative graphics, and animation techniques. The Senior 3D Visualizer will be responsible for leading the visual development of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality 3D Graphics & visualizations that meet project requirements, and ensuring that all work is completed within the given timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of Photo-realistic 3D visualizations for engineering projects, including 3D models, Texturing, Renderings, Effects & animations.

• Utilize a combination of traditional and technological approaches to 3D, 4D & 5D design and Interactive products.

• Adopt to learn and exploring new software & techniques to create advanced visualization products.

• Excellent creativity and artistic skills for Visual problem solving.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engineering project plans.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all work is completed on time with QA/QC.

• Review project requirements and propose visual solutions that meet the client's needs.

• Manage and mentor junior artists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, Such as Advanced renderings, Interactive products, Automation, AR/VR, Task & project managements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in 3D Graphics & visualization industry, with a focus on Modelling, Animation, Game art, AR/VR, Architectural and engineering products.

• Certification in diploma/degree for Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent.

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Sketchup or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Graphics & animation software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lumion and Twinmotion.

• Advanced knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, Arnold, Lumion or Twinmotion.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

• Added advantage in Blender, Unreal Engine, Autocad or Revit.
