Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
• Lead end-to-end insights and analytics for OTC brands
• Develop in-depth category and market analysis for business growth opportunity identification.
• Lead monthly consumption reporting of cross channels, deep dive market share driver / drainers and reasons behind.
• Lead media and creative analytics, incl. marketing mix, digital analytics, creative effectives, etc.
• Lead innovation projects end to end via market landscaping, NPD ambition and sales estimate and post launch consumption tracking.
• Ensure brand assets and communication are consumer-oriented via consumer exploratory, communication development validation, communication effectiveness tracking, and brand health tracking (BPS), etc.
• Synthesize category and consumer insights for business questions diagnosis and action recommendation.
• Develop trustful partnership with local cross function teams and global CBIA team.
• Independent project delivery and agency management.
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

• Have deep understanding in market data and strong analysis skills. Modelling and advanced analytics skills will be a plus.
• Have deep understanding in media environment and media & digital analytics.
• In-depth business and strategy understanding.
• Experienced in leading various qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence peers and up.
• Experience in OTC categories will be a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive thinker, quick learner and agile to manage change
