Job Description

The Senior Insight & Intelligence Manager will lead end-to-end insights and analytics for OTC brands. This includes developing in-depth category and market analysis to identify business growth opportunities, leading monthly consumption reporting across channels, and analyzing market share drivers. Responsibilities also include leading media and creative analytics, managing innovation projects from start to finish, and ensuring brand assets are consumer-oriented. The role involves synthesizing insights, building partnerships with cross-functional teams, and managing projects independently. The candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage change.
Must have:
  • Experience in consumer insight & analytics in agency or client side.
  • Deep understanding of market data and strong analysis skills.
  • Deep understanding in media environment and analytics.
  • In-depth business and strategy understanding.
  • Experience in leading various research techniques.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in OTC categories.
  • Modelling and advanced analytics skills.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
•    Lead end-to-end insights and analytics for OTC brands
•    Develop in-depth category and market analysis for business growth opportunity identification. 
•    Lead monthly consumption reporting of cross channels, deep dive market share driver / drainers and reasons behind. 
•    Lead media and creative analytics, incl. marketing mix, digital analytics, creative effectives, etc. 
•    Lead innovation projects end to end via market landscaping, NPD ambition and sales estimate and post launch consumption tracking.  
•    Ensure brand assets and communication are consumer-oriented via consumer exploratory, communication development validation, communication effectiveness tracking, and brand health tracking (BPS), etc.
•    Synthesize category and consumer insights for business questions diagnosis and action recommendation.
•    Develop trustful partnership with local cross function teams and global CBIA team. 
•    Independent project delivery and agency management. 
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
