Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer with extensive experience in US litigation to lead and manage various court cases. Your responsibilities will include handling government inquiries and regulatory compliance, managing litigation and court actions, and providing general legal support. You will conduct thorough legal research using various resources, analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents, and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, motions, responses to government inquiries, subpoenas, and investigation letters. You will also be responsible for preparing for and participating in court actions, conducting risk assessments and mitigation, and utilizing negotiation and mediation skills.

We are looking for a Senior Lawyer with extensive experience in US litigation to lead and manage various court cases.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Government Inquiries and Regulatory Compliance.
    • Litigation and Court Actions.
    • General Legal Support.

    We expect from you:

    • Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources.
    • Skilled in analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support legal strategies.
    • Expertise in drafting various legal documents (Legal briefs, pleadings, and motions. Responses to government inquiries, subpoenas, and investigation letters. Contracts, compliance policies, and internal reports.)
    • Experience in preparing for and participating in court actions.
    • Risk Assessment and mitigation skills.
    • Negotiation and Mediation Skills.
