The Senior Maintenance Equipment Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, sustaining, and improving equipment on remanufacturing lines. Responsibilities include supervising a team of maintenance technicians, performing diagnostics and repairs on automation systems, production machinery, and testing equipment, leading equipment upgrades, conducting root cause analysis, developing training materials and documentation, managing spare parts, and providing hands-on troubleshooting support. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in design, construction, commissioning, or maintenance of electro-mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a background in industrial/commercial or lab/R&D settings, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. A BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
