We are currently seeking a highly motivated and confident Creative Design Manager to lead theSale events design of Myntra, Seasonal Campaigns
charters. The candidate should be a responsible team player with self-driven abilities,
possessing strong and detailed skills in developing creative solutions and can work in a fast
paced work environment. Good fashion understanding, external stakeholder management and
great communication skills are vital.
Key Responsibilities
- Fashion research and forecast (brands, catwalks, campaign, colors etc) to keep abreast
assets for every project
- Cross functional coordination with curation, art & styling, copy, store and category teams
- Work closely with external stakeholders to present & execute ideas and confidently
- Coordinate timelines with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and work with agency and automation to execute all creative
- Team management
Candidates preferably from fashion institutes like NIFT, NID from fashion design and
fashion communication backgrounds.
Good understanding of fashion trends, GenZ led brands etc are mandatory.
Mandatory Skills
- Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense.
- Keen on strategy and research based projects to deliver successful design
- At least 6-8 years of industry experience.
- Should possess team good team management skills.
- Competent in Adobe Suite ( XD, After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) , proficient in
softwares.
- Strong communication, presentation and visualization skills.
