Job Description

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in mobile app testing. Expertise in cross-platform testing (Android/iOS), automation (Appium, Detox), and CI/CD is essential. Join our growing team and contribute to the success of Xsolla App, a super app for gamers.

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in cross-platform mobile application testing for Android and iOS to join our growing mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring the quality of commercial mobile applications, both manual and automated testing, and experience in leading quality assurance processes from the ground up.

Xsolla App is a super app for gamers, consisting of mini-apps representing products by Xsolla and 3rd parties. The core functionality revolves around allowing users to earn and spend virtual currency across various games and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios for a cross-platform mobile application (Android and iOS)
Perform both automated and manual testing with a strong focus on product quality
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and address defects early in the development process
Analyze and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and product quality
Manage testing processes at various stages of the software development lifecycle
Prepare and analyze test reports, identify trends and issues, and provide recommendations for resolution

REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years of experience as a QA engineer, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior role
Extensive knowledge and experience in cross-platform mobile application testing (Android and iOS)
Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests (e.g., using platforms like Appium, Detox, Maestro, etc.)
Strong understanding of various types of testing (functional, regression, load, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools to ensure continuous testing
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum team
Proficiency in English sufficient for reading technical documentation and participating in project discussions
